These Gluten-Free Protein Granola Bars are simple to prepare and easy to customize. You can use a mixture of dried fruit, such a blueberries, cranberries, raisins, and chopped prunes, or no fruit at all. Similarly, you can go nut-free or try a mixture of nuts such as almonds, walnuts, or hazelnuts. You can use unflavored protein powder, or vanilla or chocolate for additional flavor. If you're craving a little something sweet, you can drizzle the bars with melted dark chocolate. These are gluten-free granola bars your way.
